Terms of use

[DRAFT — have a lawyer review before launch.]

Balissimo is a service where adults (18+) share up to three photos of themselves and rate other users’ photos on a scale from 6 to 10. By using the service you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that the photos you upload show you and belong to you.

Do not upload photos of other people, minors, nudity, or anything illegal. We may remove photos and accounts at our discretion. Ratings are anonymous and are aggregated into averages and leaderboards.

The service is provided as is, for entertainment. Operator: [COMPANY NAME, ADDRESS]. Contact: [EMAIL].
